  Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit; fragile home goods must be secured with original padding.

  Shipping and Documentation

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and include your original packing slip inside the box before dropping it off at an authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
